URL issue and 404 error

Hello, I had my wordpress site restored and some Pro pages are not working

These work:

/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pro-status
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pro-settings

These do not, I get a 404 error.

/pro/#/headers
/pro/#/content
/pro/#/footers
/pro/#/options

If I manually remove the /# from the URL it goes to the “Howdy! What would you like to launch?” page, where I can launch the pages which have the following urls

/pro/headers#/headers
/pro/headers#/content
/pro/headers#/footers
/pro/options#/options

These do work with the /#

/pro/#/template-manager
/pro/#/global-blocks

Can you help, please?

I have tried turning off plugins, resaving permalinks, renaming htaccess and then resaving permalinks, and none of these worked.

Hi @theapricot,

Have you tried setting the permalink setting to Post Name? If not, kindly try it.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

not what I was was talking about, but thanks for make the domain public, not!

Go into the Wordpress menu and click on Pro>Headers or Pro>Footers or Pro>Content or the rest of the menu.

Yes, I did what you said and it loads perfectly. I ask another support and it is working for him too. Have you tried using another browser? Can you give us screencast inside a secure note so we can see the issue directly?

It’s all working now. Don’t know why it wasn’t before, as site wasn’t cached. Thanks for your time.
