Url into the x theme

I have the following question

why this url has 301 error ??? I mean

mydomain.com/shop has 301 error meanwhile
mydomain.com/shop/ is working fine

I have put into the name into x theme just shop and not shop/

I tried testing the URL’s of your website and I am unable to replicate the 301 error on my end. However, in your test if it’s happening then there must be something wrong with permalinks or .htaccess file setup and configuration.

That being said, please note that URL configurations is not related with X Theme. In that case you need to look into the matter closely.
