My footer is just completely deleted every time I try to make it global. I’ve not made any plugin downloads or changes since I last modified the footer.
I’ve rolled it back to a previous version with the working footer but if someone could trouble shoot why every time I try to update the footer or change the footer, the theme just deletes it completely?
It completely deleted my footer (Live triple row footer) and all the effort I went into creating it. Is there any way to get back the code?

This is not happening on my test sites so there is something specific in your site that is causing the issue.
To troubleshoot this, create a staging site using this third party plugin.
This will allow us to debug without disrupting your live site.
Then on your staging site, deactivate all plugins, activate the main xtheme and remove any custom js and css.
After that try to update your footer and check if still deletes it.
