URGENT - Under Construction Plugin not working!

The Under Construction Plugin for a site I am working on has suddenly stopped working or is only working intermittently. I had one user say they could access the Homepage, then it went to the Coming Soon Page.

I will send you the credentials for login after this message.

Can you please look into it for me asap - my client is very unhappy that her site is not showing the Coming Soon page.

Hi Darren,

Thank you for the credentials, clearing the SG Cache seems to resolve the issue.

Please note that the under-construction plugin uses a cookie, once you have login using the bypass password it won’t ask for a password or show the under construction anymore until the cookie is expired or cleared.

Yes, I understand that the plugin uses Cookies - but I am getting users saying they are able to see the site when visiting for the very first time.

I tried visiting from a new browser on my phone and was also able to navigate through the site…

Hi Darren,

How about now? We’ve just tested (w/ @ruenel) the site on 3 mobiles and 2 computers PC and MAC, and on all test, we get the under-construction page.

Try clearing the SG Cache and then clear your browser cache, then test again.
