Hello,

Get the following errors when trying to install:

The plugin does not have a valid header.

THEN i raized the memory and timeout like suggested, now i get this:

AND i see WP Bakery is the builder ? That is useless i thought cornerstone was the builder of everything like i used SiteOrigin before. Which was amazing. But i got strong referals to use this theme. Please dont let me regret it and destroy my whole site.

And it said all was includig, the calendar i need a license, all the top sliders. EVERYTHING. Is it a scam the whole you get 1000$ of plugins. Cause all of them need a license and i cant do anything, error on most of the plugins, cornerstone i cant find!

ANOTHER IMPORTANT ISSUE:
I was told here before to just use cornerstone, remove wp bakery, siteorigin.But wont i loose everything like parallel box. parallax scrolling, Top page sliders, Mailpoet & Superfly, skill bars and other fun widgets/features for 1000$ as you saidl Cause all the addons i come by need a license code and the pro license dont work.

So i should add ALL Pages and Post on new, and just copy the text from the old ones ?

But first things has to work. I was told this was the premium and best of all Themes.

Thanks for writing in!

  • Since you are using Pro theme, you do not need Cornerstone because it is already integrated in the theme powering the Pro Editor and the header/footer builder.

  • You do not need a license for the bundled plugins. We will be the ones who will provide the updates for these bundled plugins.

  • “Destination folder already exists”. Please log in to your FTP and browse to your plugins folder: /var/www/vhosts/lie.as/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/. You will need to delete the mailpoet folder in order for you to install the Mail Poet plugin again.

  • SuperFly should be installed with no issue at all. We have tested it and it has work for all the users. ​We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

Hello,

Im sorry, but it broke my site to white screen. Ive always used SiteOrigin with widgets, no doubt you have more cool widgets, but as I said, I got up that I had to pay for half of them for premium version which I thought was included. So since my site broke, I tried to salvage what I could to a sub domain but even that didn’t work so well. So to be honest I was working on the cloud, I found a beautiful theme I liked but, to be honest, can I build the whole site on that template/theme I found there and then download it and put it in use ?

Ill try this once more on a sub domain called old.lie.as is that a prblem with the license ? If not I think I would like a refund.

It is so bad cause I really loved the PRO version, very very much!!! I hoped I could build the site using that theme and just copy and paste the text from my current company page and launch it when it was done.

Also if im gonna build it on a temp domain will that be staging URL and production url should just be my actuall company domain or ?Cause I don’t want more problems now.

Hi David,

No problem. For each license, you can add 1 production and 1 staging domain. You can access it on your license page

Production URL will be the live site URL. Staging domain is where you can add temp domain URL. After you set this up, feel free to develop it first on your staging URL. When everything is all good then you can setup the live production URL. This way, there’s not much downtime. Only the migration time for the production.
