URGENT! Many functions are broken on the page

Hello,

We did not change any of the structure on the website but many of the functions in our page does not work:

Classic Card function,
Some of the background images are not shown on the pages,
Classic google map,
Search button,
Lightbox function,
A couple of quotes written on some of the pictures,
Classic Skills Bar

Thanks for writing in! Can you please update your theme and Cornerstone to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• X theme 7.2.1
• Cornerstone 4.2.1

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hello, I have upgraded the ones you told me, however, the problems are not fixed.

We did not change any features of the website and do not understand why our site is broken like that.

Your site is working fine.

Google Maps, Search and Quotes are working.

Not sure where to find the other issues so please give us the URLs.

Please also clear all caches in your caching plugin, server (contact your web host) and also browser cache. That’s the usual cause for broken websites, especially during updates.

All of those features you described requires Javascript. It’s possible that a third-party plugin is having a conflict with the latest changes and additions to the theme. Please try testing for a plugin conflict too. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

The classic card function doesn’t work.

The classic skill bar does not function as well.

There are JS errors on your site, which could be the culprit why those elements you mentioned above is not working. Though your cards work fine here.

Please do the following:

• I see that you do have a few outdated plugins, please update those.
• Then CLEAR your W3 Total Cache plugin and deactivate it for a while.
• Then clear your browser’s cache, try using your browser’s Incognito or private mode where there are no caching and browser addons involve.

If the issue persists, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
