Urgent issue; Header Won't Copy, It's Empty Every Time and Even Template Is Empty

Hello,

Running into a serious problem whereas any changes: such as copying, creating a template or editing causes the Global header to be erased completely!

– Made copies of Global Header, (all header Layout and Elements erased)
– Made template of Global Header, (all header Layout and Elements erased)
– Edited the Global header, all empty (all header Layout and Elements erased)

All caches have been cleated and disabled.

Cloudflare has been disabled.

Many tests run; issue persists.

Is this a know issue and is there a resolution to it?

Need to make copies of the header and make edits urgently.

Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, it was a known issue. Please update your Pro theme to the latest (2.5.4), the fix was implemented at pro 2.5.1 and your current Pro is old. Please update it, then make sure the caches are cleared before testing.
