Urgent- Estimation & Payment Forms Builder Payment doens't work after the last update

Hi, after the last update the Estimation & Payment Forms integrated with this theme,in the last step of the form the payment button doesn’t work, it gets stuk https://seguroserasmus.com/compraseguro/. I have already tried to reinstall the plugin and I have deactivated all the other plugins of my WordPress site but nothing changed. Attached is the image with the error that I can see from the

google console

Any suggestion?

Hey @asociacionbb,

I couldn’t replicate the issue you described in my test site so there might be a factor causing the issue on your site only. Since you already tried the basic troubleshooting, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

• URL of the page where we can see the form or give us the name of the form
• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

It has to do with the Stripe setup. Can you check if the settings are correct and can you also try a different payment processor?

Hi, There was a problem with the stripe Payment, after the assistance from Stripe CS we have solved the issue but the form still not working … It gets stuck during the payment,

Hey @asociacionbb,

The problem is still connected to Stripe. If you disable Stripe the form works.

Regretfully, the best we can do for this case is post this issue in our tracker so this will be queued to be forwarded to E&P plugin developers. They might be able to work with Stripe to fix this issue.

For now, the best you can do is revert your site from a previous working state. Ask your web host if they can assist in restoring a website backup.

Please could you get in touch with a theme in order to find a solution with Stripe Payment? I have already tried to get in touch with them but they told me that in my case only the theme developers can support me.
