[URGENT!]Backend and front end images not displaying issue

Hi Themeco support team,

Our website is experiencing an issue with images not displaying on both the backend and front end in the ENTIRE WEBSITE (e.g. background images, images in the modals, etc). The images are visible in the Cornerstone builder panel on the left side, but the actual image isn’t showing in the right-hand side builder, nor in the front-end.

I have included examples of the issues in the attachment.

Please do consider this as urgent and priority, because we need the website to be live by tomorrow (TIGHT deadline).

This is the image I see in the backend. (as you can see, on the left-hand side panel, we clearly see that the image is there, but it is not showing on the right-hand side)

This is the actual front end page. (the image in the background is not there)

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have forgotten to mention the website URL with the credentials. Even that is not listed in your Themeco account. I would recommend you list the site in your Themeco account with a valid License or Purchase code, as we support the listed sites only.
