Urgent Assistance Required: Issues with Viewing, Editing, and Downloading Client Images in AG Orders

Dear ThemeCo Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently setting up a customization store where I plan to sell custom products, specifically canvas prints. I am using the Paleon and Agama plugins on my website to allow clients to customize their images directly before placing orders.

However, I am encountering several critical issues that are affecting my ability to process these orders effectively:

1. Viewing and Editing Client Images:

  • After a client customizes their canvas and places an order, the order appears in the AG Orders section (see the first screenshot).

  • When I click on an order, I am taken to a page where I should be able to view and download the client’s image, as shown in the second screenshot.

  • However, when I click on “View Image,” it redirects me to the WordPress media library (fourth screenshot)

instead of displaying the image directly. Additionally, the provided link (https://seller.printdura.com/agamaorders/matte-canvas-18″-x-24″-vertical-3/canvas-3/) leads to a 404 error, as the associated post is not created.

  1. Editing with Paleon:
  • Clicking on “Edit & Download with Paleon” does not allow me to edit the client’s image as expected.

  1. WooCommerce Order Details:
  • When I view the order details in WooCommerce and attempt to view attachments, the client’s image does not appear, making it impossible for me to download or edit it from this section.

These issues are significantly hindering my ability to fulfill client orders, and I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving them. I have attached screenshots for your reference and will provide login credentials via a separate secure note for you to access the site and investigate further.

Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

I believe the issue may be related to the creation of a specific post page for the client files. When I click on the View media file, it redirects me to a page that seems to be missing. This specific post page needs to be created, but I’m not sure how to do that.

Hello Kelly,

Thanks for writing in! When you click the “View Image” button, on the right side, you will have this:

The “Uploaded To:” link will go to the original image. The “File URL” on the other hand will display an error 404 because the image file does not exist on your server. Since you are using a 3rd party plugin, it is best that you contact the creators of this plugin as they may already have a solution to the issue that could just be a merely needed server setting.

Best Regards.

Thank you!

How can I hide this?

I am experiencing this issue with the Cornerstone builder on my website after its installation. Specifically, parts of the configuration interface are being displayed on both my homepage and other pages, which should not be visible to site visitors.

Attached is a screenshot that shows what I am seeing. This interface appears directly on the page, and I am unsure how to remove or hide these elements so that they do not interfere with the user experience.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Any specific steps to hide these elements or settings I might need to adjust within Cornerstone would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Kelly,

We don’t see that issue in your website https://seller.printdura.com/.

To avoid confusion and a lengthy thread, kindly open a separate thread for a different issue.

Thanks.
