I just want to see, is there anything coming soon to fix the issue of only being able to control lower layer parallax scale, and not upper layer parallax scale?
I used to use these controls frequently in older versions of pro, and it seems strange that something useful that was there before has been removed.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked our issue tracker and I am seeing that this has been fixed and the feature is available in the beta version at the moment. We do not have an ETA yet on when the final release update will be rolling out. We will bump again the issue tracker to get some feedback from our developers.
