Uploading a pdf - strange title it attached to all of them

When a pdf is uploaded to this website: https://mylhumc.net/, there is a title that appears to all of them (the same one) that is not the title of the uploaded file: https://prnt.sc/u15nh9

Any ideas there?
I am attaching a secure note for login information.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is the default WordPress behavior, the tab title comes from the PDF properties itself. You need to edit the PDF document properties to change it (see https://wordpress.org/support/topic/tab-title-on-pdf-page/)
