Upload picture issue

hello support team, could you check why i cant upload any images to the website, i get this error shown when i tried…

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you have set the different folders for the uploads I would suggest you go to the WordPress dashboard —>Settings —>Media —> Store uploads in this folder —>remove the directory structure and then save it.
