Upload Error - Request Entity Too Large

Hi,
I have tried to upload my copy of theme X. Unfortunately I get this message:

Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/wp-admin/update.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

My max file size limit is 128MB so I don’t understand the problem???
