Hi im having trouble with the Auto theme not uploading and keeps failing.
I noticed this has previously been raised and was reported back to developer.
Can you please check on this

I suspect this could be a bug and it has been already reported the issue and the issue is in our issue tracker for our development team. There is no ETA at the moment so I would request you, please stay tuned for succeeding theme updates. In the meantime, you can try to install another template.

I am needing this theme urgently
I have paid for this service and now am unable to use designs that you have advertised

We do understand the inconvenience you’ve faced. The design templates are additional content and they’re subject to change. If you want a specific look or specific layout on that template and you are unsure of how you can do it, please let us know because we can give you guidance on how you can achieve it. Again, our developers are already aware of this issue.
