I’ve updated X-Theme to the latest version, but when I try updating to Pro, the entire site breaks. I received this fatal error:
Any help would be great.

It looks like some of the files of Pro are corrupted when you installed it.
Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/themes the delete the current pro directory that is in there.
Then go back to the wordpress admin and make sure that Cornerstone is deactivated. Once it’s deactivated, go back to the themes directory in the FTP and upload the unzip pro directory there.
You can download pro from your dashboard. Go back to the admin area and enable pro.
