Upgrading from 4.6.4 to 10.4.19

Is it possible to to upgrade from version 4.6.4 to 10.4.19 without any interim version upgrades?

If so, what is the process to avoid encountering critical errors during the install.

The upgrade would be carried out on a staging server.

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and then update the theme and plugin so that you can not break your live website. Please make sure you have an updated version of WordPress, you need to deactivate all the plugins and cornerstone page builder plugins as well. Please update the theme and then update the cornerstone plugin after that you need to update all the other plugins one by one. In case you have seen the theme update doc, please look at it.
