Upgraded X license to PRO and can't use it on a different site

I have recently swapped licenses between sites: one runs on X, and I was about to build one with PRO. I had a parked license that I set up on the existing site, but after upgrading the other license to PRO and revoking validation on the previous site, the PRO license won’t validate.

Hey @pinkslipindustries,

Please try validating again but this time, ensure that you use the upgraded Pro license and not the X license.

Also, use the full URL in the Location field under your license. To avoid typos, copy the URL in WordPress Admin Menu > Settings > General > Site Address URL

If that doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note

  • WordPress Login URL of the site you’re trying to validate
  • Admin username and password
  • Pro license you’re using

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
