Upgraded to Pro but still says X

Hi I did the X to Pro thing in WordPress, but it still says X everywhere.

Also I downloaded the Pro child theme and tried to install it but it told me I didn’t have the parent theme installed.

Will attach secure note with site details, perhaps you can help me get it working?

Need help asap on this one if possible—thanks team! :slight_smile:

Hi there,

I see you’ve converted the license in your account, but you still need to install Pro on your site and switch to it as the active theme.
