Upgraded from X to Pro and broke my site

Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Pro.

First, visit your website (…) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught…) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

Hi Evan,

We’re sorry to hear that you are having issue in the upgrade process.

Did you follow the steps listen in this Knowledge Base link on how to go about the upgrade process?

If not, kindly make sure to follow the step outline in that article.

If you already did, kindly login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current cornerstone directory that is in there. Go back to the site and the admin area and if the error does not exist anymore then you should be good to go.

In case you are still having the same issue, perhaps try reinstalling pro to make sure that no file was corrupted during the installation. So kindly login through FTP then go to wp-content/themes then delete the pro directory then reinstall Pro.

If you are still not able to get it sorted, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:
