Upgraded from x theme to pro. Results in layout/font changes

Hi there,

I upgraded a website built in X theme to a Pro theme. I thought this might be no problem since it uses the same stacks with extra options. However after the upgrade the fonts are missing and mobile layout is not looking good. Is there anything I can do to get the correct layout again?

Thanks for reaching out.
The Pro is a superset of the X theme, So, if you upgrade X to Pro it will not affect your website. Please make sure that you have not updated the core files or used any child theme for X.
I would suggest you share a few more details to understand your problem along with the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Please go to Cornerstone > Theme Options then set the Body and Content and Headings Font Family and Font Weight.

Regarding the mobile layout, I don’t see any issues. Please describe the issue in detail and provide screenshots.
