Upgrade X to Pro with Pro unlimited

Hi support,

I have multiple X single licenses. Recently I’ve purchased Pro unlimited. When I click on the upgrade link next to a single licence, it still charges me 39 dollars, while I have the Pro unlimited already. This should be free I assume. Can you explain why this is the case?

The single license and unlimited license are two different products, you can’t upgrade single to unlimited. You can check the difference on our documentation below.
