Upgrade X to PRO can't open editors

Dear,

I have upgraded from X to Pro (I upgraded first to the latest version on X etc) .
The website still looks fine, but I can’t open any of the PRO editors, e.g. Template Manager, global block, headeres, footers, content, …

I just get the spinning black square forever.

I will include login credentials in a secure note!
