UPGRADE WP and PHP to 7 and now know VIDEO embed for post

I upgraded to WP5.62 and PHP to 7.0… now with latest plug and theme update… I have no place to embed video on post… can you please help?

Can you please elaborate?

Are you using Cornerstone or Content Builder to create the Posts? If yes, please try using Video element or Text element to add the embed code.
