Upgrade error?

Hi, I just buy a X license, and later, upgrade to pro. But i’m not sure it’s working ok, because, i can’t launch the Header Builder or footer builder among other things.

Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: Please make sure that the Cornerstone is not installed as the Pro uses the Cornerstone as an integrated part of the theme and the already installed version can create conflict.

Hi @pola46,

The credential you added in the secure note is not administrator user Role. Please update the user to administrator so that we can check the backend settings properly.

Hello Carmelo,

Please go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server and check your PHP Max Upload Size and PHP Post Max size. You need to increase it to at least 32M. Perhaps this link can help you:

Hi Carmelo,

Sorry for the confusion, the reason why you can’t access the header and footer builder and other advance features in Pro because you are still using the X theme. I suggest that you download the Pro theme in your themeco dashboard account then upload and activate it in your website.
