In the screenshot the error message states " Cannot establish FTP connection to an SFTP server. Please select proper protocol " so he is using the wrong protocol to connect. The strange thing is that SFTP seems to be selected below that in the site manager, but it’s difficult to tell. The only thing I can go on is the protocol in the error message and it’s wrong.

The Pro theme and Pro-Child theme are installed on your site already. You can activate the child theme if you want. If you still have the backup of the old site, you can load it up.
