Updating to 6.0.5 causes some layout shifts

Hi,

I still haven’t updated https://www.optika-kobacic.hr/ because I see some issues.

This is the staging site that has been updated: https://www.staging7.optika-kobacic.hr/

When you scroll down, the sticky navbar is visible. It has a Dropdown element in it, behind the word “Katalog”.

The issue is that the toggle for this dropdown gets displaced, as seen on the screenshot below.

When I edit the header, it is positioned normally, but when on the front-end, it is displaced.

This does not happen on pro 5.1.5.

Thank you!

Hi @Misho,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked it thoroughly and compared it with the 5.1.5 and also the 6.0.5 version in my local environment and found that an additional anchor tag has been added to your website which causes the error.

Your Website:

My Local Environment:

It might be due to plugin conflict or custom code, which is adding the anchor. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.

NOTE: I have also found that Disabling the Primary and Secondary particle solve the problem.

Thanks
