Updating theme manually

Hi
I had to manually update the theme through cpanel because it was not doing so through wordpress dashboad. It is done now ; everything is alright
but i see that after extracting the file from the ThemeForest I have two folders in the theme folder - x and a folder named Macosx with 775 permission
is macosx needed - should i change permission or should i delete it
