I’m currently using Slider Revolution Version 5.4.8.1. I’m trying to update to 6.2.23 with my purchase code (haven’t updated in a while). The plugin shows “activated” but when I try to update to the latest version the plug shows it is not compatible with WordPress 5.5.3. Have do I update it? This is a really dated version. Thank you

The updated version of the Slider Revolution is already available in the automatic update. If you have an updated version of the theme, you can update it from Plugins. If you have purchased a separate License of the Slider Revolution, I would recommend you contacting the Author directly on this issue.
If that is not the case, and you are not able to update the plugin, I would suggest you deactivate and delete the existing plugin from the Plugins page and re-install it from X/Pro > Validation.
You will get the updated version of all the plugins in this way.
NOTE: Please remember to take a backup of sliders and other data before deleting the existing plugins. Sometimes updates will cause data loss.
