Good morning. My Website is www.garrettandwalker.com and I’m about to update from PHP 5.6 to 7.0 or 7.2 depending on what they decide. Before doing so, I figured I would reach out to check to see if there were any known compatibility issues on the Cornerstone or X Theme side? I read through the forums where there were issues with Cornerstone at one point and I just wanted to make sure my website was situated in the best way possible before updating the PHP. Thank you.

Yes, you may update. There’s no known compatibility issues with PHP 7.2.
