Updating My Version of Pro

On the Pro Validation page, it indicates that the current installed version is 3.1.2, while the latest available version is 5.1.4. However, if I go to the Dashboard > Updates page, it indicates that my theme is all up to date.

Automatic updates were turned off so I turned them on yesterday. However, since it doesn’t recognize that updates are available, nothing gets updated.

How can I update Themeco Pro to the lastest version? Do I have to purchase version 5.1.4.

Thanks for writing in! There could be a file permission issue that disallows to update of the theme. What you can do is update the theme manually instead. Kindly check out this documentation to know-how:
