Updating Cornerstone to 7.03 breaks website

Tried clearing system cache and using X version 9.14. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out.
The problem might be due to the improper update of the Cornerstone. I would suggest you updated the X theme by following the below steps which will install the latest version of Cornerstone too.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone. If you are not able to access the Plugin list from the WordPress admin dashboard, please delete it through the FTP/CPanel from wp-content/plugins.
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates or manually.
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be the latest version.

Please remember that, Cornerstone version 7.0.3 is comaptible to the latest version of X i.e. 10.0.3.

Thanks for the reply. I can see that v10 is available but no option to automatically upgrade

Ok, I see it under themes, updating now

Its installed and site is back up all be it with incorrect fonts throughout
