Hello, I updated to the latest version of X, and then I installed Cornerstone and Revslider into the correct directories via FTP (I know there’s a more automated way to do it, but this should work just fine, as I have done it this way many times). The most updated versions of Cornerstone and Revslider are now installed on the server, but my WP dashboard still shows the older versions and does not appear to have taken the updated files. Can you please help me figure this out? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. You may be having a cache issue, try clearing out all the caches including browser, server or plugin’s cache and see if this helps.
You should install Revolution Slider via Validations screen because this will provide you the theme compatible version of the extension. Similarly for Cornerstone, you can simply delete Cornerstone first and re-install the compatible version of Cornerstone through X > Validation screen. Once you’re inside the Validation screen, on the top of the screen click on Click here to install and activate link (see screenshot)
