I have the same problem. When I try to edit any page with Cornerstone, I only get the header, footer and an empty container with no sections. Editing is not possible. I rolled back to the previous version.

EDIT 1:

I have done some troubleshooting and found that the culprit was Essential Addons for Cornerstone & Pro plugin. I have deactivated said plugin and my problem has gone away!

EDIT 2:

Also, if you have Google reCaptcha integration in your Contact Forms, that also breaks Cornerstone. No problems with Contact Forms without reCaptcha integration though.

Hey @doctorkaraca,

Thanks for chiming in a testing for plugin conflict. For the Essential Addons for Cornerstone conflict, please forward this to the plugin developepr. I’ll add the Google reCaptcha conflict in our issue tracker so this will be queued for investigation by our development team. Please just note though that we do not provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts due to the fact that there are a lot of other factors that are involved in a WordPress site like server configuration. With that said, we’ll investigate but we could not guarantee a fix.

@jaredd,

I’m sorry but we couldn’t not provide a definite answer for you at this time because there’s not much details in your post. What you’re experiencing is common if you’re using a WordPress page builder. Please do the following troubleshooting steps and if none helps to determine the cause of the issue, we’ll investigate in your site if you provide us with login credentials.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Child Theme
  3. Css/Js Customization
  4. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  5. Disabling Cache
  6. Disabling Cdn
  7. Permalinks

If none of that helps to determine the cause of the issue, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
  • FTP details (ask your web host if you’re not familiar with this)

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you for understanding.

Hi Jared,

I’ve updated your site to a development build of X/Cornerstone which will be in the next point release. You can safely update to the next release as well as it will include the fixes.

I’m seeing there is still at least one outstanding issue where content is missing. We’re looking in to that and hoping to have a fix very soon.

Hi again,

The latest point release resolves the issue of content being missing. This update has also been confirmed to restore the builder preview for a handful of different plugins. The issue is usually a plugin interrupts the page builder’s first preview render, but we’ve worked out a way for this to be avoided.

I think I understand but I am still missing a few pages? Book a lesson is an important one considering that how people book my services.

Hi @jaredd,

You just needed to update to the latest version via automatic updates. Sorry for not being more clear - I’ve done this for you now and the pages are back.

thanks for all the help!
