Updates not working - Could not create directory

I’m trying to update my plugins for https://omkaralife.com/ but I keep getting errors saying 'Could not create directory ’

An error occurred while updating (plugin name): Could not create directory.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Lizbonney,

Thank you for writing in, please change the permissions to 775 of the following folder of your site:

/wp-content and /wp-content/plugins

You can follow the Changing file permissions using an FTP client guide provided here
