Updated X - cornerstone not working

I was having issues with content on this page not working properly… https://www.smartnutrition.ca/how-to-get-your-kids-to-eat-veggies/

So I updated my plugins, including cornerstone and x. Now I can’t edit the page in cornerstone. It won’t load, just spins.

Thanks for writing in! I have purged your server cache and then I was able to edit your referenced page (see secure note).

Could you also please clear your browser cache and re-test on your end and see if that helps.

Hi, this is strange but I still have the same problem even after clearing my browser cache and cookies. I have also tried in a different browser and have the same issue.

I have tested again and I was able to edit your referenced page. Can you also try switch to incognito mode of your browser and test this issue again (1https://www.lifewire.com/incognito-mode-google-chrome-4103635).

I cleared cloudflare cache and it worked

I’ve got layout issue after update - I’m with godaddy. Do need to contact them to clear cache?

Hi Adam,

The layout issue could be caused by different factors. If you have updated X, kindly make sure that you also have Cornerstone updated to the latest version.

If you already have both updated and if you are using a caching plugin, please make sure you have cleared your site and browser cache and hosting cache.

In case the issue persists, please post a new thread and provide us the login details of your site so that we can check it.
