Updated to latest theme 10.1 and header is broken

We have updated the theme on our staging, however, we found out the header codes aren’t generating properly and the website is broken! Seems to be some bugs in header.php which is preventing it from generating proper codes that are required to run the theme, website. Can you please suggest a solution? I can email the dev link privately.

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of plugin conflict or JS customization issue. I would suggest you please purge all the cache. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

5. Css/Js Customization
6. Increasing Php Memory Limit
7. Disabling Cache
8. Disabling Cdn
9. Permalinks
10. Version Compatibility

If it doesn’t work, I would suggest you follow these steps.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. Download the fresh copy of the X theme and reinstall the X theme
3. After the X theme is installed, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• FTP details
