Updated php to 7.1, but am still unable to update wordpress

I updated php to 7.1, but I still receive the message in my dashboard PHP UPDATE REQUIRED and I am unable to update Wordpress. My website is https://www.lindapynaker.com

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’ve updated your PHP version successfully then you can dismiss the notice safely, it might be an old one which is still showing. Regarding the WordPress update problem, it seems like a hosting related issue, most probably the permissions problem please see https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-file-permissions/ I’d recommend you to check with your hosting provider and ask them to update your WordPress installation.

Alternatively you can manually update the WordPress installation via FTP, to do this please follow https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update
