I am trying to update from Pro 2.5.5 to 3.1.2 but I lose the menu function on my mobile site as well as text and images. Also, the site only appears as a sitemap on Chrome.
I have restored 2.5.5 and everything is ok.
Can you help please.

Please try to setup staging site first. Then copy the content of your production site to this staging. Try to update your PRO theme on this staging site. Then come back to us with the credentials inside a secure note. We will then review the issue on your staging site without affecting the live site.
