Hi,
My snippet version keeps saying 2.0 after I update it. It succeeds in the update, but shows the wrong version number I think.
I’ve been gone for 4 days.

Hi There,
At this time we need to change the plugin folder so you need to perform a manual update.
Access your site via FTP and remove the folder snippets from wp-content/plugins
Add re-install it via Wp Dashboard.

Well I deleted it via ftp, reinstalled it via the wp dashboard and got version 2.0 again, with the same update problem.
Is there someplace I can download this version to reinstall it?

I am experiencing the same problem. Have tried deleting the snippets plugin via FTP and reinstalling only to have v2.0.0 installed and prompted to install v2.0.1.

I continue to experience this issue. I was told in another, now locked thread, that is was resolved. But, not on my end. I appreciate the efforts you are making and look forward to resolution in the near future.
I tried and again the version number didn’t change yet it said updated with the green message, refresh the plugin page and the update is waiting again…
Agreed, this issue is persistent across both X and Pro for the plugin updates. Seems like it would be a simple fix to at least just update the zip file on your amazon server so we can download the updated version.
Well the update is finally working to 2.01, however after the update… lol the bugs concerning adding Organization hours, or adding a contact are back and the information I had in there is seemingly gone. Also, almost all the X and Pro plugins have updates but only Snippet is pulling as needing an update.
@kyle time to roust the team from their slumber. Lots of constant issues with the plugins.

Was able to complete the update myself. However, still can’t add business hours or contact information.

We’ve pushed version 2.0.2 of Snippet, this will resolve an issue where the admin side assets of the plugin weren’t loading.

got 2.02 version updated with no problem
Got the update to go through no problem, all issues with this plugin on both X and Pro appear to be fixed and the contacts and hours I had previously added (and thought I lost) were pulled from the database after the update. Well done!
Was able to update and now it is accepting hours of operation and contact information. Thank you!!
