I am attempting to update php versions to comply with wp engine requirements and everything on the site looks good except the resources page and the child page created for it. Please help.

Thank you for writing in, first, please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache), then do a Testing for Plugin Conflict.
And it seems the Revolution Slider has something to do with the issue, please navigate to Slider Revolution > Global Settings and turn On the Insert Scripts in Footer and Defer Javascript Loading options.
