Update to new Pro release, now "The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete"

I’ve already increased memory limit and updated to most current php. Now I can’t edit any pages because this error message prevents any edits or saves. will paste login info in a secure note.

Our homepage just appears broken now.

Hello @richardcreative,

Thanks for writing in!

Please check your Site Health. There are performance settings that need to be addressed.
See the secure note.

Best Regards.

Ok, we’ve resolved enough issues in site health to receive a “good” rating there. We’ve manually updated the theme to the newest version again, and this problem still persists. Please let me know what to do to fix this, as our homepage is still broken, and we’ve no way to fix it with the pro builder broken.

Hello @richardcreative,

Everything seems fine except that your PHP version is still out of date. Can you please update PHP to version 7.4?

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Great, we had our hosting provider update to 7.4. Now we can edit pages, however our homepage is super messed up when viewing the page in Pro editor. None of the sections show up between the header and footer, and parts of the page are displaying below the footer??? I would love to get this page back in order if we could just access the editor as we did previously.

Hello! We just rebuilt the homepage so it wouldn’t appear broken. So if you visit the homepage to edit, it will appear correctly.

Hi @richardcreative,

This usually is a server conflict with Pro. As you can see, there is a status 500 error in the console. That is not detailed though so please contact your web host to check the error logs and fix the adjust the server settings according to what the error log says. You can also post the error logs in a Secure Note maybe we could point you in the right direction.

On the other hand, maybe one of your plugins causing the issue, I also suggest that you deactivate all your plugins to find the culprit.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
