Update to latest version made entire site disappear - Please Help!

Hi, my site disappeared after updating to the new version. I have tried to sort it out how Chris suggested in a previous topic no longer accessible, but couldnt sort it out. Could you look at it, please? Thank you.

Unfortunately, the admin login URL is showing the Internal Server Error, can you please check and let us know once it is accessible.

Thank you for the credentials, but the site is down so we can not use the /wp-admin, the FTP credentials is not working, please check.

When you say after updating to the new version do you mean the Wordpress? Because it looks like all the Wordpress files are lose (except the wp-content folder)

I would advise, please contact your hosting and ask if they have a backup of the site prior to the update, and restore the site on that date.

Its possible what happen here is, when Wordpress update, first it will remove all old files except the wp-content folder. Then just before it extract the latest Wordpress files it gets interrupted for some reason, and that is the update process did not finish.

I strongly advise to contact the hosting and to restore the site prior date before the update happen.
