Since updating to 3.0.4 columns are appearing as rows. Both when adding a new column and when using the “layout” selector for splitting a row into multiple columns. All caches have been cleared and it is not a plug in conflict.

Thank you for the credentials, Is the issue only happening to a specific page? What page? I can’t replicate the issue on a new page.
Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

That’s weird, this is how that looks on my end.

So it seems this issue is only specific to your end, please do the following first Clear your SG Optimizer plugin, Purge Everything your Cloudflare’s cache from your CloudFlare’s dashboard account.
Purging cached resources from Cloudflare
Then Clear your browser’s cache. Make sure your browser is zoom at 100% (do cmd+0 or ctrl+0).
Also, test it on your browser’s Incognito/Private mode where there is no browser caching, cookies, and browser add-ons involve.
How do I set my browser to Incognito or private mode?
