Update option for theme x not showing on dashboard

On my website when i look at the x theme dashboard it shows - Installed Version - 6.2.5
but on the wordpress updates page it shows - Your themes are all up to date.
why is this ?

Hey Sarina,

It could be that your server/web host rejected the connection from our server so it says the theme is up to date when in fact it’s stuck.

What you can do first is to go to Dashboard > Updates and click on the Check Again button.

If the X update notification won’t show up after that, please check with your web host if they’ve cut the connection from our server theme.co. They must also allow connection coming from Amazon AWS servers.

If none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP details
