Hello Maria,

I tried to access your staging site but the given login details are not working. Please check and send us again. It might be the issue of the cache or plugin conflict issue just because the page builder is not working. I would also suggest you need to purge all the cache from the Autoptimize plugin and then temporarily deactivate the Autoptimize plugin and then check it again. I would also suggest you, please troubleshoot a few common issues.

Hi Maria,

The Autoptimize plugin mostly minifies the JavaScript file, and that is one of the reasons behind your problem. I would suggest you activate the plugin and disable the Minification option and check if that works for you.

Hi, thanks for ur help, we’re almost done!
after the update, I moved most of the old files that disappeared, after checking the page, unfortunately, the header of the page lacks buttons with a language switch and a button with a reservation (pop up with a contact form when you click), you can see it on second staging website . Any chance you can help where I can find it?

Hi Maria,

If you are trying to point to the Button specified in the screenshot, then it might be added to activate menu under the Appearance > Menus.

If that is not the case, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Can you please provide us your WP Access of your live site using the old X theme and then the access to the staging site as well so that we can try to replicate the issue with your “All-in-One WP Migration plugin”. We might also need to download your old site and try to import in our local testing server to figure out what is causing the HTTP Error 500.
