Update has made Homepage inaccessible

Hi there,

When I login to WP and try to edit the homepage using Cornerstone after the latest update, I can no longer see any content on the preview RH side and cannot access it to edit. This is holding up some work on my website. Please help, happy to send secure login info if requested.

Thanks for reaching out.

The reason why you can’t edit your homepage is because of the compatibility issue of X and cornerstone plugin. Currently, you have an old X theme version is 7.2.3 and your Cornerstone is on the latest version 5.0.11 and that’s the reason of your problems. To fix your issue, first you need to deactivate and uninstall your cornerstone plugin to avoid any conflict when upgrading your X theme. Second, upgrade your X theme to the latest version and last thing you should do is install the cornerstone plugin again.
