Hi,
I’ve always been able to update X and Cornerstone from my plugins and dashboard update options, but now I’m getting this error for both X and Cornerstone:
An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.
Why is this and how do I fix it so I can update from within WP, please?

Hi Steve,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue. Could you go to the X > Validation page in your dashboard and check if your site is still validated? If it is still validated, try clicking the “Check Again” button in the update box. This should force the update check to run. When you try updating again, the package URL should be populated. Let me know if you run into any errors with that. If you’re still having issues after that, would you mind adding login credentials to this thread using a secure note? Thanks for replying.
For some unknown reasons, the site had become invalidated. However, I have validated it but I still can’t get the plugin to update. I cannot see the “Check Again” button - where is it please?

Do you mean Check Now in the Auto Updates section? “Nothing to report.” Clicking that hasn’t done any good.

Kindly try to revoke your theme’s validation then validate it again and try checking for updated. Here are the steps in Revoking a licenses:
If you are not seeing the revoke validation option on the top of the page, try scrolling to the most bottom part of the page.
