Update cornerstone - appears updated, yet i lose cornerstone option in post or page

When I update cornerstone from V 3.0.4 to 3.1.5

Cornerstone updates in the plugin section BUT… when I go to (example) a post, cornerstone is not available. All I see is a lot of code under the text tab.

It “appears” to have installed but it has not.

I followed steps up to #7.

Before I go further I’d like to find out if I am actually having the same challenges as the person in the earlier thread.

Thanks for writing in! I have seen a similar issue with another member and the solution was to head over to X -> Settings section and under General tab, we need to re-assign pages and post types that we want to edit using Cornerstone, then save the changes.
