Hello, the most recent update is causing issues with the additional JS that I have added to my website. It is claiming that there are syntax errors in the attached screenshot. However, if I make the suggested changes it still doesn’t fix the issue. I have run the code through validators as well and it still claims to be incorrect but works on the version of the theme prior to the update. Can you assist?

A few hours ago, we have released another version 4.0.8, it has some issues fixed already. Please update your theme to that version. If you are still experiencing the same issues, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I’m sorry you’re running into this. It was related to the selector being used. We used to append -anchor-toggle to the ID of that element but we changed it to just use the ID you set directly on the element. I’ve fixed this and the code is working now.
Hello Alex, it appears once I do that it doesn’t allow the search box to drop down anymore. I have been playing around with it and it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ll attach credentials in a secure note.
Also, it continually tells me that it cant save the changes with an “uh oh” message in the top right corner.
Update: After updating to the newest version of Wordpress the search functionality appears to be fixed. However, I am still concerned with not being able to save while working on the pro headers and theme.
Updated again: I think I have fixed the issues.
